"Loved this place! It was very clean, and the staff was super pleasant and welcoming. The only minor issue was the hot water, but it was resolved quickly. I’ll definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to others"

"A super helpful staff that picks up the phone and helps out for a self check in hotel. Booked day of, had to change reservation like 3 times, and they helped me through it all. Room was super easy to get into, directions were smooth and simple, and the area was perfect. Right next to one of the most active parts of town, and a 8 minute walk from the Bio Bay tours. Be aware, there's no microwave in the room. AC worked amazing. Showers hot water lasted well, just don't blast it. "

"Polite!! Quick respond!! Excellent!! "

"When we showed up we initially could not find the location as it was surrounded by a few abandoned houses. After finally finding it we found it to be locked and there was no front staff to let us in. This location is not a hotel, it is more of an abandoned house. When we called the phone number there was no answer. Had to stay in a different hotel that night, please do not book here."

"The property itself is absolutely charming! Staff is welcoming & hospitable. I wouldn’t get discouraged about the area itself. There’s night life and great views alongside restaurants and plenty to do. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are kept clean! A/C was great overall very satisfied. "

"Anchors Hotel was excellent! Great location, with plenty of food and activities nearby. The facilities are brand new. They are beautiful, modern, and practical—100% recommended. Definitely we are coming back!"

"The host is amazing very polite, organized and fast responsive. The property was just as described , very clean , organized, nice quiet neighborhood . Less than 10 mins from san Juan airport and has various fast food restaurants and grocery stores surrounding the area. "

"Calizo is so beautiful! It felt safe as most didnt know, or would drive by the locked entrance lol. The pool/jacuzzi area is gorgeous, especially at night. The courtyard was always clean and the vibrant colors just make it pop. Definitely a cute spot for a couples and families. The host answered text messages so quickly and was super nice. Make sure to answer the initial text right away, to avoid confusion. The staff we encountered were very nice as well and welcoming. And the restaurant...
