Resort nota 1000, excelente.
Fui maravilhosamente surpreendida pelas instalações, atendimento, alimentação, bebidas e simpatia dos colaboradores em geral. Um conceito nunca visto antes. Resort 10 estrelas, perfeito para viagens em família, casal negócios ou amigos. Gratidão ao "mordomo Orlando" excelente atendimento, ao colaborador do bar do lobby "Michelangelo" pessoa sensacional, às meninas do bar da piscina, setor adulto, "Maximiana" maravilhosas, a Sandra que sempre nos atendia no lobby com um sorriso incrível. A todos que de alguma forma colaboraram para que a nossa estadia fosse de fato inesquecível.

Fantástica estrutura
Foram quatro dias muito agradáveis no Majestic Elegance com minha família. O hotel tem uma estrutura fantástica, o staff é muito simpático. As refeições são satisfatórias com boas oportunidades de melhoria no preparo e higiene dos restaurantes. Quanto aos restaurantes à la carte, nossa reserva era na última meia-hora (9 doors - japonês) e no de carnes, o atendimento não foi bom.

Razoável - Boa infraestrutura, mas deixa a desejar
A infraestrutura do resort é bem interessante. Quartos amplos, todos restaurantes tinham ótimas instalações, vários bares, piscina também muito boa. Pontos positivos: Infraestrutura, piscina, cordialidade dos funcionários, tamanho dos quartos, atividades de entretenimento. Pontos negativos: Treinamento dos funcionários deixa muito a desejar (apesar de serem cordiais), limpeza de um modo geral também não é das melhores e manutenção das instalações fica devendo. Destaques negativos: - Presenciamos o cozinheiro do restaurante See & Sea cortando a pizza com uma faca em uma das mãos e segurando a pizza com a outra mão. Depois limpou o resto do queijo derretido na faca com os dedos, colocou na boca e lambeu os dedos. Com essa mesma mão, segurou a próxima pizza e...faz a mesma coisa. - O ar condicionado no nosso quarto (2234) não desligava, chamamos o técnico, que nao conseguiu resolver. Foi necessário desligar a chave geral do quarto na primeira noite para podermos conseguir dormir. Problema resolvido no dia seguinte. - O Splash Kids é ótimo, bons tuboagua para as crianças, mas a equipe do local ficava conversando em uma mesinha (4 pessoas) enquanto os pais tinham que subir no tubo agua ou entrar na piscina para controlar a descida das crianças nos tubo água. Os coordenadores do local sequer chegavam perto da piscina. Enfim, estrutura realmente muito boa. Equipe muito mal treinada. Foi possível se divertir, mas na próxima, escolheria outro resort.

Resort maravilhoso!
Este all inclusve resort é incrível em tosos os aspectos. A qualidade se faz presente em todas as suas instalações: Apartamento amplo, bonito e muito confortável. A parte externa (jardins, piscinas, praia, etc.) são lindas, muito bem conservadas, e com uma perfeita limpeza e arrumação diárias. Os restaurantes (6) são ótimos assim como todos os bares. Comida e bebidas da melhor qualidade. O teatro é lindo e confortável e os shows diários de qualidade internacional. Fiquei hospedado na área do Club Elegance (Adults only) com direito a piscinas e atendimentos exclusivos. Somente faço restrição ao mordomo (no caso o que nos atendeu) que deixou a desejar. Mas, pelos comentários de outros hospedes, parece ter sido uma exceção.

Já estive neste hotel por 3 vezes, e desde a última passagem muita coisa mudou, como por exemplo os mimos que antes eram feitos no quarto (espumante, toalhas decorativas, frutas e etc.). Até o serviço de praia que antes era feito snacks na praia não tem mais. Mas de modo geral é um excelente resort.

Excelente experiência. Hotel lindo. Quarto muito espaçoso com jacuzzi, frigobar sempre abastecido, limpeza impecável. Nosso mordomo Juan Mendoza foi nota 10. Área do Club Elegance com muitas opções de bebidas, sanduíches, tortas, doces, frutas, cafés e teve até sushi. Único ponto a melhorar, é a “reserva” que os hóspedes fazem, deixando toalhas nos bangalos e cadeiras de sol em frente ao mar. Se você chegar depois das 8h é capaz de não conseguir um lugar na areia. E terá que ficar na área da piscina comum. Voltaria com certeza.

A comida é muito saborosa, especialmente nos restaurantes a la carte (nos jantares), e o estabelecimento é muito bom no geral. O principal ponto negativo é o tempo de espera para ingressar no restaurante italiano, que pode passar de 2 horas.

We love the resort and the staff . you can tell that the staff loves there job. one of our only complaints are trying to get a beach chair or a bali bed. People would get up before 7am and go and reserve one and do not come back and use them for hours or not at all at times . I think the staff should go around and if they see no one there after an hour and they are only using there towels to reserve they need to pick them up so other people can use them.

My wife & I came down for our Honeymoon and we loved it! The resort was amazing, beautiful, peaceful, & relaxing. All of the staff and workers were friendly and really paid attention to detail to make sure you enjoyed your stay. Special thank you to Karin our butler! He made sure that we had everything we needed to ensure we had a good stay! The most helpful part was him sending us the daily schedules so we knew what was going on around the resort! Spotlight on some workers that gave us great service; Sofia and Rosita worked at the central bar down the main staircase and they were great! Very personable and also make you feel like you are at home away from home. Gary and Katty worked at the upstairs bar and they provided us with good drinks as well funny moments! Lastly most memorable meals came from See & Sea with Carlos and Janett! They always took care of us! Overall I would recommend coming to this resort! We will definitely visit again

The resort was probably a 4 stair the food was a 3 at best the service was not very good 2 stars some of the staff were excellent but for the most part not very helpful and some didn’t even want to help you the road leading into the resort was an uninviting dirt road the transfer from airport was 5 star but we opted for the private service cane with a very high cost if you speak no Spanish you could be very frustrated with there lack of English or even trying to communicate with you the resort is very large consisting of 43 resorts in one very confusing at first the lighting at night on the endless walkways very poorly lite . The butler service was a joke are butler was one existent we would get morning schedule of daily events but was not helpful at all with any other services the last day he thank us and hoped we had a great stay he wanted to make sure he got his gratuity which he did not I’m in the hospitality industry and I know how to tip and always over tip which I did and was happy to do so when you do you get better service which for me was not a problem at all -“” staff was very appreciative of Gratuities we did not leave the resort cause years ago I was in Porto Plata and went downtown and had to take a hotel staff member with me for security so I just stayed at resort so I can’t really say how it was outside the resort but what I saw n the way to the resort I thought it was better to stay in the resort .

Excellent stay. The staff was superb, especially our butler, Diego, and the girls at the Plaza Bar (Ann Maria, Yolima, Nilka, etc...) Food is fine; what you would expect from a buffet. Beach was well kept. Service = 5 stars.

The staff and property are excellent. Very clean with very friendly staff. While there the staff made sure we were attended to without feeling overbearing. Things to know, bathroom has very little privacy which we don’t mind but if you are shy you might find yourself using the lobby bathroom which is very clean as well. Beyond that I would definitely recommend this place. Be sure to make a reservation for the sushi restaurant which was our favorite place to eat during the trip. We are definitely planning on returning to this resort in the future.
